Curious about ADHD Workshop
Our Curious about ADHD workshop is aimed at parents and carers who have a child that may have ADHD, and would like to learn more about ADHD through the wider lens of neurodiversity.
You may have just started considering ADHD or may be on the pathway to diagnosis and want to learn more about neurodevelopmental conditions, in particular ADHD.
Our session aims to provide you with some broad learning about ADHD, as well as the opportunity to discuss strategies you can use as a family. We are also developing a collection of resources that you will be able to look through, things like books and sensory tools.
Our workshops are held in small groups in our dedicated training space, The Green Room, which means there is plenty of time for questions and parent and carers have the opportunity to meet other families.
Workshops are hosted by staff from The Compass Partnership, all of whom are from Bolton and have children/young people with additional needs. We are also often supported by a young autistic adult who is currently on a work placement with us.
